Heart breaking! Man grieves as horror crash kills his pregnant wife as he drives her to the hospital for delivery.

Tragedy struck in the city of Cape Girardeau, Missouri this past week as a man namely ‘Matt Rider’, 34, was driving his wife Sarah Iler to the hospital as she was about to give birth. 

 Sadly a tanker truck crashed into an SUV, which in turn hits the couple's vehicle, killing the pregnant wife on impact

 Rider, who is not the little girl's biological father but was looking forward to welcome her, hasn't seen the baby yet but spoke to her on the phone as she is now off the cooling blanket and breathing on her own.
