Half brother & sister announce they are a couple on a live TV show

A half brother and sister who appeared on a popular makeover programme in Spain have revealed they are siblings as well as a couple.Ana, 27, and Dani, 23, used TV show Cámbiame, Spanish for “Change Me” to confess their true relationship status after revealing their new looks.The pair, who currently live together in Barcelona, confessed their love for each other to the audience, which included both of their fathers.

 

Surprisingly, the two dads seemed to be delighted by the news, with both men embracing the couple and only Dani’s father awkwardly joking: “Can I call you daughter-in-law now?”

Consensual incest is not illegal in Spain, which may explain the pair’s relaxed attitude.

Ana, 27, Dani, 23, found each other on social media after they grew up apart.

“We grew apart and 20 years we met through a social network and we struck up a friendship,” Ana revealed.

“I had a very bad time when he supported me a lot.”

Ana and Dani decided to make the announcement after host Pelayo Diaz told audiences the siblings had “shared a cute story” with him following their makeovers.

 

“Marc who is their best friend already knows it. And now it’s the moment that everyone at their homes and your family are going to know your best kept secret.”Ana explained the reasoning behind the pair’s decision to come out: “We came here not just to get a style change but to get our lives completely changed.

 

“Because we had something to tell and I think this is a good place to do so.”Dani continued, saying: “What we are looking for here is that you support us.We want to share our lives with all of you and that you’re always by our side.Our surprise is that apart from being half siblings we are also a couple. We’ve been like this for a while, we fell in love.”
